全科住院医师在普外科教学查房中的实践与思考

摘　　要：教学查房对培养全科住院医师在临床工作中分析问题和解决问题的能力起着重要作用,全科住院医师在普外科的教学查房,既要侧重于普外科疾病的临床诊治,又要突出全科医学的特点。作者运用生物-心理-社会的医学模式,培养其全科医学临床思维,取得了较好的教学效果,提高了其解决普外科实际问题的能力,增强了对全科医学的认识。Teaching rounds play an important role in training of general practitioner residency, especially for analyzing and solving problems in clinical activities. In the teaching rounds for general practitionbr residency in general surgery, the clinical diagnosis and treatment of general surgery diseases should be emphasized, and the specialty of general medicine should be emphasized. We used biopsychosocial medical model, trained the gener- al practitioner residency＇ s clinical thinking of general practice theory, and got good teaching effect, strength- ened their capability of resolving problem of general surgery patients, deepened their understanding general medicine.
