摘  要:目的评价消化科教学中应用PBL教学模式与传统教学模式对学生临床思维能力培养的价值。方法将本院公共卫生专业实习学生42人,分为实验组(PBL教学法结合传统教学法)及对照组(传统教学法),实验组用传统教学法讲授完核心知识后采用PBL教学,对照组则全部采用传统教学法教学,每组各21人。采用临床病例分析考试的形式,评价两组临床思维能力。结果实验组学生在病例分析总成绩明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义[(84.26±8.25)VS(76.92±9.30),P<0.05];实验组在病例分析题中的鉴别诊断部分分数明显高于对照组[(34.76±3.24)VS(30.25±5.04),P<0.05],诊断和治疗部分成绩在两组中差异无统计学意义[(32.22±2.80)VS(31.60±3.47),(16.96±2.13)VS(16.35±2.87),P>0.05]。结论在消化科教学中通过对临床病例分析的考核提示PBL教学模式可提高学生的临床思维能力,有助于提高教学效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of the PBL teaching method on clinical thinking ability train- ing in digestive disease teaching. Methods Two sections of undergraduates were treated as experimental group (PBL group ) and control group (traditional teaching method group )., respectively. Each group had 21 students. In experimental group, PBL was introduced after the core content of the textbook was completed with traditional method, while traditional method was used in control group throughout. At the end of the study, the assessment of teaching effects was conducted by clinical case analysis examination. Results There were signifi- cant differences in the overall score of clinical case analysis in the examination. The score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group [ ( 84. 26 ± 8.25 ) VS (76. 92 ± 9. 30), P 〈 0. 05 ]. In addi- tion, the ability of differential diagnosis in experimental group was better [ (34. 76± 3.24)VS( 30. 25± 5.04), P 〈 0. 05 ]. However, there was no significant difference in the diagnosis and therapy sections between the twogroups [ ( 32. 22 ± 2. 80) VS (31.60 ± 3.47 ), ( 16. 96 ± 2. 13 ) VS ( 16. 35 ± 2. 87 ) respectively, P 〉 0. 05 ]. Conclusion PBL teaching method helps to improve independent and enthusiasm of students in the clinical teaching of digestive disease. It is recommended that PBL could be adopted together with traditional teaching in clinical teaching.
