班本化小作文:个性化表达从可能走向可持续

摘  要:"班本化"是针对现行的作文教材编写面向大区域学生群体,教学形式整齐划一,不具学校个体的适应性,忽略学生个性发展等问题而采取的作文教学变革策略,主要以班级学生作文发展现状为依据,凸显个性化教与学。"班本化小作文"不受时空的限制,能实现班级教育和家庭教育的互动与结合,同时也体现班级内部各因素之间的融合度,真正实现在现实中关注学生个体思维与个性发展,提升学生的语言感受能力和表达能力。To solve some issues with current teaching materials on writing which target the large number of students in the big regions, and teaching styles are in the same pace without individual adaptiveness, and students' individuality is neglected, class-based writing instruction is therefore employed as the innovated strategy, which is based on students' writing development, and highlights individualized teaching and learning. It has some advantages such as unlimited time and space to realize the interaction and combination between classroom education and family education, and also embodying the degree of integration between internal factors of class, truly attaining the goal of focusing on individual thinking and personality development, therefore enhancing students' ability of language sense and expression.
