摘　　要：全日制专业学位研究生德育工作是专业学位研究生培养过程的重要组成部分,加强和改进专业学位研究生的思想政治教育工作,是深入推进素质教育、全面提升研究生培养质量的需要。文章主要从健全专业学位研究生思想政治教育的领导体制与工作机制、拓展和创新专业学位研究生德育工作方法等方面,对全日制专业学位研究生德育工作进行了研究,提出了将职业教育纳入专业学位研究生教育工作体系等措施来创新德育工作,并通过工作实践探索出了一套适合全日制专业学位研究生的德育工作模式。Moral education is an important part in the cultivation of full-time professional degree postgraduates, and strengthening and improving ideological and political education among professional degree postgraduates is condu- cive to their all-around development and overall qualities. This paper studies moral education mode for full-time professional degree postgraduates from such aspects as leadership system and work mechanism, and moral education innovation. We suggest that vocational education be integrated into professional degree education training system in order to improve moral education, which has proved a set of effective moral education mode for full- time professional degree postgraduates.
