摘　　要：高校教师一旦产生职业倦怠,会给其工作、生活带来很大的影响。从社会、学校、学生和教师自身分析教师职业倦怠的成因,提出争取社会关注和教师加强自我调节等方面应对职业倦怠。The job burnout of university teachers affects their work and their life greatly. This paper analyzes the causes of the teachers＇ occupation burnout from the various aspects of the society, school, students and teachers themselves. It believes that the social attention and the self- regulation are the methods to cope with the job burnout.
