摘　　要：班集体是大学生学习、生活的基本组织形式。构建一个和谐班集体,有利于培养大学生的集体主义精神和自我管理能力,是践行社会主义核价值观的重要举措。大学生观念的多元化及网络的发展,在一定程度上制约了和谐班集体的建设。通过确立奋斗目标、完善管理制度、开展学生活动、培养学生干部、定期调换寝室等策略,增加班级凝聚力,从而构建一个和谐奋进的优秀班集体。Class is the basic organization form of college students＇ learning and living. To build an harmonious class is beneficial to cultivate college students＇ collective spirit and self management ability, which is an important way to perform the socialistic core values. The multi--culture views of university students and the development of the network restrict the construction of harmonious class. By setting goals, improving the management system, developing student activities, training students cadres, changing dormitory and increasing the class cohesion, a harmonious and excellent class can be built.
