高管团队注意力与企业对外直接投资方式——基于中国制造业上市公司的实证研究

摘　　要：基于注意力基础观,分析高管团队(TMT)注意力与企业对外直接投资(FDI)方式之间的关系。研究结果表明,在企业对外直接投资的决策中,当高管团队将更多注意力聚焦在东道国的自然资源上时,企业更倾向于选择绿地投资的FDI方式;当高管团队将更多注意力集中在东道国的技术资源、品牌资源或战略性资源上时,企业更倾向于选择跨国并购的FDI方式。This paper, based on attention-based view, tests the relationship between top management team （TMT） attention and firms＇ foreign direct investment （FDI）. The result shows that： when TMT pay more their attention to natural resources of the host country in the decision about foreign direct investment, enterprise will prefer to choose Greenfield investment; when TMT pay more attention to the technical resources, brand resources and strategic resources of the host country, the en- terprise prefer to choose cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
