摘　　要：本文简述了我国养生活动的发展历史,并分析了养生、人、家具三者间密不可分的关系。通过调神养生、环境养生、熏治养生以及沐浴养生四种明代文人养生方式的介绍,结合不同种类的家具,阐述了家具在养生中起着重要的作用,试图为现代人的养生活动提供新的参考方法。This paper described our history of health maintenance, and analyzed the close relationship among health maintenance. people and furniture. By the introduction of mind regulation health maintenance, environment health maintenance, fumigation health maintenance and bath health maintenance in Ming literati＇s regimen, it stated the furniture played an important role in health maintenance combing with different types of furniture, and tried to provide a new referential method for modern people to keep health.
