摘　　要：采用ICP-OES（电感耦合等离子体发射光谱）有机进样法测定油脂中的聚二甲基硅氧烷（硅）。采用航空煤油为稀释剂，按照油／溶剂（质量比）1／9加以稀释后直接进AACP-OES仪器测定。结果表明，对所测定项目的相关系数0．9993，方法检出限0．8mg／kg，相对标准偏差2．1％（n=6），加标回收率88．6％～107．8％。该方法快速，方便，准确度高。An organic direct injection inductively coupled plasma method was established for the analysis of polydimethylsiloxane（silicone） in edible fats and oils. Aviation kerosene as diluent, the sample was diluted according to oil/diluent（mass proportion） 1/9, and determined by ICP-OES. The correlation coefficient ofthe calibration curves is 0.9993, the detection limit is 0.8 mg/kg, the relative standard deviations（n=6） is 2.1%, the recovery is in the range of 88.6%-107.8%. The method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
