摘  要:依托长沙市南湖路隧道工程,统计分析了大直径泥水盾构穿越地层裂隙密集带的掘进参数,并从理论方面分析参数变化的原因,最后对盾构穿越地层裂隙密集带掘进参数进行了控制。研究结果表明:地层裂隙密集带内裂隙的存在和不均匀分布导致岩体的整体性下降,强度降低,从而使得泥水盾构的总推力值和刀盘扭矩值降低;刀盘每转切深值参差不齐;泥水损失量比较大,裂隙密集区域内的泥浆损失量比正常区域内的大78%左右。在穿越地层裂隙密集区域时,盾构机应提高盾构总推力,防止刀盘每转切深的减小,从而使盾构机快速穿越裂隙带;增加泥水进浆量,弥补泥浆的损失,以保证掌子面的稳定性。这对今后泥水盾构越江穿越裂隙密集区域时掘进参数的控制有一定的指导意义。Based on Changsha Nanhu road slurry shield tunneling project, tunneling parameters of large - diame- ter slurry tunneling crossing dense cracks were counted and analyzed from the aspects of theory to control tunne- ling parameters crossing dense cracks of stratum. The results show that existence and heterogeneity of cracks in the dense cracks stratum are important factors to reduce integrity and strength of rock. Which cause the decline of the total thrust and the cutter torque, and result in unevenness of cutting depth. The slurry loss of dense cracks stratum is 78% larger than that in normal stratum. When the shield machine is crossing dense cracks stra- tum, the total thrust should be increased to prevent from the decline of cutting depth, and guarantee crossing dense cracks quickly. Moreover, The slurry volume should be increased to make up the loss of slurry to guaran- tee stability of tunnel face. The study of tunneling parameters is instructive for slurry shield crossing dense cracks stratum under- river in future.
