摘　　要：高校大学生党员是党的事业的重要参与者,高校党组织应当积极有效地做好大学生党员的培养发展工作,始终保持这支队伍的先进性,让其在高校的日常工作中起到积极的作用。本文主要说明了做好高校大学生党员培养发展工作的意义,分析了现在大学生党员培养发展工作中的问题,提出做好培养发展工作的方法和对策。College Students Party is an important participant in the party＇s cause, college party should actively and effectiv- ely do a good job in training college party development work, and always maintain the advanced nature of the team, so that in the daily work of colleges and universities play an active role. This paper describes the significance of the development of training party members, analyzes the main problems in doing the work of college students, proposed training methods and countermeasures to do development work well.
