摘　　要：加强人才专业应用能力培养、注重实践教学是独立院校应形成的核心办学优势,本文分析了独立院校房地产开发管理专业实践教学中存在的问题,具体提出实践教学中校企合作的双赢实施途径、教学与实践空间拓展途径,并提出了师资队伍的广义化观点和实施途径,以及在职教师实战化实施途径,为独立院校房地产开发与管理专业实践教学途径探讨提出相应的对策。Strengthen human resources capacity-building professional applications, practice-oriented teaching is the core of educational advantages independent institutions should form, this paper analyzes the problems of independent real es- tate development and management colleges teaching professional practice, specifically propose practical teaching Colonel enterprise cooperation win-win implementation approach, teaching and practice of spatial expansion approach, and pro- posed a generalized view of teachers and implementation approach, as well as in-service teachers practical ways of imple- menting, as an independent institution in real estate development and management practice teaching approaches to pro- pose appropriate countermeasures.
