摘　　要：分析了高校档案机构电子文件和电子档案管理困难的原因,提出并探讨了由档案机构与信息化机构合作构建高校电子文档管理新机制的原理、实现途径、内容和厦门大学的实践案例。This paper analyzes the reasons for the management difficulties of electronic documents and electronic archives in the universities and colleges＇ archive institutions, puts forward and explores the principles, means and contents of the new integrated management mechanism of electronic documents in u- niversities and colleges jointly constructed by the archive offices and the informationization institution, with Xiamen University＇s practice as a case study.
