摘 要:研究了巨大口蘑不同出菇时间培养料的失重和含水量变化,及其不同补水量对产量的影响。结果表明,出菇20d时,菌袋失重最大;随着出菇时间的增加,培养料的水分含量逐渐减少;出菇过程中不断补水有利于子实体生长,补水量40g·袋-1-45g·袋-1时,总产量提高26.9%。The weight loss and the water content of the Tricholoma giganteum culture material in different mushroom period were studied, while the effect of the different water replenishment quantity on the nebrodensis yield were studied. The results showed that on the twentieth day of the mushroom period, the weight loss of the culture material was biggest, and the water content decreased with an increase of mushroom time. The continuous water replenishment was advantageous to the growth of fruiting body, when the replenishment was 40 g-45 g per bag , and the total yield improved 26.9%.
