摘 要:微波炉因其微波能的高效和杀菌作用,烹调食物不仅快捷、方便,而且卫生和极易保持食物营养成分,顺应当今社会发展的需要,走进了千家万户。但是微波炉内食物受热不均匀也一直困扰着人们,为了探求受热底面上的热流分布规律,给优化微波炉尺寸设计提供理论依据,介绍了微波炉的主要结构和工作原理,分析了微波炉炉腔内的传热传质方式和过程,由能量守恒定律和辐射传热规律,推导出了矩形微波炉受热底面上热流密度分布计算公式,并用MATLAB软件进行数值计算,呈现热流以底面中心为圆心的不同直径范围内的分布,发现了热流分布存在显著不均匀性的规律。The microwave energy is efficient and has bactericidal action. The microwave oven not only cooks food fast, conveniently, and easy to maintain health and nutrition, so it adapt to the needs of nowadays social development and enter into the thousands of households. But the microwave food uneven heating has been troubled people, in order to explore the heat flux distribution on the inner bottom surface, and to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the microwave oven size design, introduce the main structure and working principle of microwave oven; analyze the heat and mass transfer occurring in the microwave oven cavity, by the law of conservation of energy and thermal radiation rules, derived from the calculation formula of the distribution of heat flux applied to rectangular microwave oven cavity bottom; use MATLAB software for numerical calculation, showing the heat flux distribution of different diameter length, and found the law of the heat flux distribution existing significant heterogeneity.
