摘 要:师生关系总是发生于具体的社会背景之中。在我国传统的师生关系中,强调"师道尊严,学生绝对服从",这种传统师生观是特定历史时代的反映。随着我国经济社会不断发展,学生逐渐要求与教师平等对话,师生之间不时出现冲突。为此,教师应改变观念,主动研究这种变化,提高教学艺术,增强教育机智,改进教学策略,引领师生关系顺利向前发展。The relationship between teachers and students should be discussed under specific social backgrounds. In the traditional teacher-student relationship in China, the dignity of teachers and the absolute obedience of students are advocated. This traditional view of the relationship between teachers and students is a reflection of a certain historical era. With the continuous development of the economy and society in China, students have gradually establishd the sense of having dialogues on an equal footing with teachers. Therefore, conflicts between teachers and students occur. In this connection, teachers should change their concepts and study on the change of the relationship proactively to improve the teaching art, to enhance the pedagogical tact, to advance the teching strategy and to bring the relationship between teachers and students up to a new stage.
