摘　　要：基于全国的抽样调查显示,义务教育阶段农村地区有20%的学生需要乘车上下学,学生交通状况存在诸多问题:所乘坐的交通工具种类多,安全性能差;乘车过程中管理失范,安全状况差;部分学生乘车需求得不到保障。为此,需要明确政府的主体责任,改善投入与管理体制,探索多渠道的交通方式,加强学生乘车过程中的监管力度等。The results of a nationwide sample survey shows one-fifth of the students need a ride on the way to school in the stage of compulsory education in rural areas, and there exist following problems, such as the mode of transport which students take is various and unsafe, the management is anomic in the process of ride, the safety condition is lack, and the requirement of some students can not bc guaranteed. In order to solve these problems, wc need to clear the gov- ernment＇s main responsibility, improve the input and management system, explore the multi-channel mode of transportation and strengthen supervision of the process of the student＇s commute.
