摘　　要：科研激励机制是调动科研人员从事产学研合作积极性的必要手段,分析讨论了目前地方高校产学研合作的激励机制存在的问题,深入探讨了薪酬激励、产权激励和培训激励等具体激励方法和手段,同时也指出了激励机制实施过程中应注意的几个问题。Research incentive mechanism is a necessary means to mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel engaged in cooperation. This paper discussed the existence of local universities sci- entific research incentive mechanism at present problems, deeply studyed the compensation incentive, incentive and training motivation of specific incentive methods and means. It also pointed out several problems that should pay attention to scientific research and implementation of incentive mechanism.
