摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法在手术室专科护士培养中的应用效果。方法 2012年1-12月,上海交通大学附属第六人民医院采用PDCA循环法对手术室20名护士进行为期1年的培训,培训内容主要为骨科手术的专科知识和操作技能,每3个月进行1次阶段考核,年终统一终末考核。结果培训后,护理人员的专科理论及操作技能得分均高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环法有利于提高手术室专科护士的理论和操作能力,是实现手术室专科护理质量持续改进的行之有效的管理方法。Objective To explore the application effects of PDCA circulation management on cultivation of nurses in operation room.Methods Twenty nurses from the operation room had been trained with PDCA methods for one year.The training content included the specialty knowledge and skills of orthopedic operation.The Phase check was made once every 3 months and the nurses were received the year-end centralization assessment at the end of the year.Results The specialized knowledge and skills after training were significantly higher than those before training （P＜0.05）.Conclusion PDCA circulation management was an effective method to improve the knowledge and skill levels and also may contribute to the continuous improvement of the operating room nursing quality.
