摘 要:目的:探讨精神科教学模式改变后对护生心理健康水平的影响。方法:将207例在校护理系学生按入学时间顺序分为对照组与观察组,在两组均采用同一精神科护理教材的基础上,对观察组改变传统教学模式,重点转移至护生心理健康水平重塑上。在两组教学前后进行自身及组间的SCL-90对照比较。结果:教学前两组的SCL-90无显著性差异(P>0.05),对照组教学前后SCL-90无显著性差异(P>0.05),而观察组教学前后SCL-90差异性具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:改变后的精神科教学模式可明显提高护生心理健康水平,对引导在校护生用积极应对方式解决问题以有重要作用及意义。Objective:To study the inftuence the spirit of science learning mode on the nursing students mental health. Methods :207 cases of nursing students were divided into control group and observation group according to admission time sequence and both used the same psychiatric nursing teaching material, changed the traditional teaching mode of the obse^ation group, with the focus shifted to reshape the nursing students mental health level. Made a comparison between the two groups before and after the teaching itself and group compared the SCL- 90. Results: There was no significant difference of SCL -90 between two groups before teaching (P 〉 0.05 ), and so was the control group before and after teaching SCL -90(P 〉0.05), while there was obvious difference in the observation group before and after teaching SCL - 90 ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion : The new model of the spirit of science and education after changing can obviously improve the level of mental health of nursing students,which plays an important part in guiding college nursing students in a positive way to solve the problem.
