摘　　要：针对我国的飞机维修行业人才培养存在的问题,以广州民航职业技术学院"飞机电子系统"课程为例,通过分析"飞机电子系统"课程特点与原教学模式存在的问题,根据专业岗位要求,重新构建课程载体、教学手段与成绩处理,探讨基于工作过程的高职教学模式的改革实践。Directed at problems of talent training in our country＇s plane maintenance industry,the article,with ＂Plane Electronic System＂ course of Guangzhou Civil Aviation College as the example,makes analysis on the course features and problems with the original teaching mode,suggests reconstructing course carrier,teaching means and grade treatment according to professional post requirements,and discusses about the reform of higher vocational teaching mode based on the working process.
