摘　　要：随着制造业的不断发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,行业需要创新,企业需要创新,如何培养出具有创新精神和创新能力的高技能型技术人才是高职院校急需解决的问题。With the development of manufacturing industry, the increasingly fierce market competition, the industry needs innovation, enterprises need innovation, how to cultivate high skilled talents with innovative spirit and innovative ability in higher vocational colleges is urgently needed to solve the problem.
