摘　　要：翻译规范作为描述翻译学的重要概念,拓展了对翻译现象的认识,而其不足在于忽略了译者的主体性。翻译规范具有文化特性、不稳定性和多样性,这为译者的个性化选择提供了基础。译者的选择是形成不同规范竞争力强度的重要组成部分,也是推动翻译规范发生、形成和演变的重要力量。本文提出并论述了译者规范的概念,在整合现有翻译规范研究成果的基础上,探讨了描述译者规范的途径和方法,用以分析译者主体实然发生的翻译行为,以及与翻译规范之间的互动。As an essential concept of Descriptive Translation Studies, translation norms help to broaden the understanding of translation activities. However, the subjectivity of the translator has not been much explored. Since translation norms are socio-culturally specific, unstable and diversified, the co-existence of various translation norms offers different choices for the translator. The translator＇ s choice plays a key part in the formation of competing force and the development of translation norms. This paper puts forward the concept of ＂translator＇ s norms＂ and suggests its analytical framework and study approaches to describe the translator＇ s existing behavioural phe- nomena and the interaction between translator＇s norms and translation norms.
