摘 要:对江苏无锡市滨湖区37名男教师进行职业认同感调查,结果显示,幼儿园男教师基本认可幼教职业,但职业价值认同感需要增强;接受自己的社会角色,但受他人评价影响过大;在幼儿园里归属感较强,但在生活中压力较大。为增强男教师的职业认同感,可鼓励男教师抱团发展,为男教师营造良好的工作生活环境,帮助男教师进一步认识自身的职业价值,改变有关幼教职业的一些传统观念。A survey on 37 male teachers from Binhu District, Wuxi of Jiangsu Province shows that male kindergarten teachers accept their job as kindergarten teachers but their profession value identity needs to be improved; they accept their social role but easily influenced by others' comments; in kindergartens they have strong sense of belonging, but in life they suffer from high pressure. Male teachers should be encouraged to develop as a group to increase their profession identity, and good environment for life and work needs to be created for male teachers to help them accept their profession identity. Some traditional opinions about kindergarten teachers need to be changed as well.
