摘 要:目的评价腰痛宁胶囊中黄酒等有效部位对嘌呤代谢的抑制作用。方法由腰痛宁胶囊中生物碱类、黄酮类、皂苷类、挥发油(含水提液)类、多糖类等不同有效部位叠加、混合组成腰痛宁拆方样品、腰痛宁组方及各单药材有效部位共计20个样品,运用紫外分光光度法,测定各样品对黄嘌呤氧化酶的最大抑制率。结果除生物碱+甘草黄酮拆方样品外,各样品对黄嘌呤氧化酶的最大抑制率随组方中药材有效部位的增多而提高。较单个有效部位及腰痛宁药材组方的最大抑制率(25.89%),腰痛宁组方即腰痛宁药材组方加入黄酒对黄嘌呤氧化酶的最大抑制率更为显著(36.41%),优于其他样品。结论黄酒及腰痛宁胶囊药材有效部位组合均对黄嘌呤代谢有一定的抑制能力,黄酒可显著提高腰痛宁胶囊药材组方对黄嘌呤代谢的抑制作用。AIM To evaluate the effect of yellow wine in combination with effective parts from Yaotongning Capsules (Strychni Semen, Ephedrae Herba, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Olibanum, Myrrha, Cyathulae Radix, Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga, Scorpio, Bombyx Batryticatus ) on purine metabolism. METHODS Twenty effective parts were prepared and superposed from Yaotongning Capsules, including alka- loids, flavonoids, saponins, volatile oil and polysaccharides. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to explore the maximum inhibition rate of effective parts to xanthine oxidase (XOD). RESULTS Maximum inhibition rate of XOD increased with the superposition of effective parts except the flavonoids and alkaloids. All effective parts from Yaotongning Capsules reached 25.89% inhibition rate, if adding yellow wine, 36. 41% inhibition rate could be reached. CONCLUSION Both yellow wine and the combinations of the herbs' effective parts in Yaotongning Capsules are helpful for enhancing the inhibition activity of Yaotongning Capsules against purine metabolism.
