摘　　要：校企合作是职业院校和企业双方基于市场和社会需求为目标导向的一种人才培养方式。从我国现阶段的职业教育发展现状来看,即使在一些国示范和骨干院校中,这一模式也只是处于实践中,真正意义上的深层次校企合作远没有真正实现,也仍然有很多问题需要去认识和分析并加以解决。特别是经过近十年的发展,在实践和教学过程中需要重新去认识行业、企业、政府、学校、学生这五者之间的关系。Colleges and enterprises cooperation is a way to cultivate talents based on the needs of market and society. From cur- rent development status of vocational education, even in some demonstration and countries backbone institutions, this model is only in practice, the true sense of the deep cooperation is t＇ar from to be realized, and there are still many problems that need to be understood, analyzed and to resolved. Especially after nearly ten years of development, it is necessary to re-understand the relationship between in- dustry, enterprises, government, colleges, students in the process of practice and teaching.
