摘　　要：为研究杏鲍菇β-葡聚糖(PEWP)对胃黏膜的保护作用,以含有不同浓度PEWP的培养液培养人胃黏膜上皮细胞,测定其增殖率和迁移率,并以倒置显微镜观察细胞形态及生长情况。结果表明:低浓度PEWP能促进体外胃黏膜上皮细胞的增殖和迁移,加速损伤区域上皮细胞的生长,具有保护胃黏膜的作用。The protection effect of β-glucan from Pleurotus Eryngii （PEWP） on gastric mucosa was studied.The gastric mucosa epithelial cells were treated by nutrient solutions with different concentration of PEWP.The rate of reproduction and migration was determined.Additionally,the cellular morphology was observed by inverted microscope.The results showed that low concentration of PEWP protected the gastric mucosa by promoting the migration and proliferation of gastric mucosal cells in vitro,and accelerating the growth of epithelial cells in damage region.
