摘　　要：目的:引进利物浦医生沟通能力评价量表并构建具有良好信效度的中文修订版并在医生中检验其信效度。方法:在原量表的基础上进行翻译和回译,形成中文预测版,再运用Delphi专家讨论法,修改其中2个条目,构成符合中国医疗环境的12个条目的初步修订版。在上海市三家公立三级医院,选取医生500人进行正式测试。总样本用于项目分析;在总样本中,对样本编号后,以编号的奇偶性为抽取原则,将样本对半分为A、B两组,再从B组样本中任意抽取13个样本分到A组(n=263)进行探索性因子分析,B组(n=237)进行验证性因素分析和内部一致性信度检验。间隔3周后,选取其中一家医院的医生75人进行重测。结果:条目筛选与分析显示,条目11的因子负载荷<0.4且相关系数<0.5,被删除。探索性因素分析显示,11个条目抽取2个特征值大于1的因子为沟通技巧(5个条目)和沟通礼仪(6个条目),可解释总变异的69.8%;验证性分析验证了量表的各项拟合指标良好(χ2/df=1.31,NFI=0.93,GFI=0.94,CFI=0.91,RM SEA=0.063)。总量表的内部一致性Cronbachα系数为0.86,两因子的Cronbachα系数为0.85和0.82;总量表的重测信度(r)为0.83,两因子的重测信度(r)为0.85和0.81。结论:利物浦医生沟通能力评价量表中文修订版具有良好的信度和效度,可作为国内医生沟通能力的有效测量工具。Objective：To investigate the Chinese version of the Liverpool Communication Skills Assessment Scale （LCSAS） for evaluating the communication skills in physicians.Methods：On basis of an internationally recommended translation method and expert review,the 12 item Chinese LCSAS was amended to fit Chinese health care environment.A sample of 500 physicians was divided into odd group and even group according to their data number.Thirteen subjects were selected randomly from the even group to the odd group （n =263） for exploratory factor analysis （EFA）,the even group （n =237） for confirmatory factor analysis （CFA）,and the total sample for item analysis,reliability and validity test.Totally 75 physicians of one hospital were re-tested 3 weeks later.Results：Item analysis indicated that item 11 was omitted for its factor loading of 〈 0.4 and correlation coefficient of 〈0.5.Exploratory analysis showed that the Chinese version of LCSAS was an 11-item scale consisting of 2 factors （communication skills and communication etiquette） which explained of 69.8% of total variance.The fit indices of the measurement were improved （x2/df=1.31,NFI =0.93,GFI =0.94,CFI =0.91,RMSEA =0.063）.The internal consistency reliability coefficients were 0.86 for the total scale,0.82 for ＂skills＂ and 0.85 for ＂etiquette＂ respectively.The 3 week test-retest reliability coefficients were 0.83 for the total scale,0.81 and 0.85 for the 2 factors respectively.Conclusion：It suggests that the Chinese version of the Liverpool Communication Skills Assessment Scale has good reliability and validity,which could be used as a tool for measuring communication skills of our physicians.
