摘 要:针对当前船体外板建造行业中钢板支撑工作台形式单一,自动化程度较低,功能不足等问题,提出了一种新型支柱式数字胎架用于水火弯板加工过程中,设计基于工控机,运动控制器和PLC的水火弯板数字胎架控制系统,并对胎架支柱自适应控制算法进行研究,详细分析了控制系统的软件设计。该控制系统的实现使得船体外板在数字胎架平台下能灵活、平稳地进行水火加工,并具备一定的板形成型匹配检测功能,总体上提高了水火弯板的效率,缩短了船体外板的建造周期。Aiming at the simple structure, the low automation degree, the insufficient function problem in braced plates operating platform occurred in contemporary ship plates building industry, the new strut- ted NC mould bed is proposed and introduced into line heating processing, the NC mould bed control system of line heating which based on IPC, motion controller and PLC, is devised also the software de- sign of the control system is analyzed detailedly. The realization of the control system can made the ship plates line heating on the NC mould bed flexibly and stability also a certain molding detection function is integrated, improve the efficiency of line heating overall, shorten the period of the construction for the hull plate.
