摘　　要：给出诣零幂级数McCoy环的概念及相应的实例,并证明了Reduced环上的n×n矩阵环不是诣零幂级数McCoy环.讨论诣零幂级数McCoy环的扩张,并证明了右诣零幂级数McCoy环的直积是右诣零幂级数McCoy环.We introduced the notion of nil power-serieswise McCoy rings and gave the corresponding examples.It was proved that the n × n matrix rings over reduced rings is not nil power-serieswise McCoy rings.Moreover,we investigated the extensions of nil power-serieswise McCoy rings.It was shown that the direct product of nil power-serieswise McCoy rings is nil power-serieswise McCoy rings.
