摘　　要：校企合作是目前高职院校普遍采用的办学模式，其基本做法是校企双方利用各自优势，共同培养能够尽快适应社会，适应企业，适应岗位需要的高素质人技能型才。在此背景下，高职德育应如何发挥其应有功能，是高职院校教育工作者必须认真思考的课题。College enterprise cooperation is a widely used college running mode. Its basic approach is to use the advantages of both college and enterprise to train talents adapted to society, enterprise. In this context, it must be seriously considered how the moral education of higher vocational education should play its proper functions.
