摘 要:上世纪80、90年代,我国开展了不同跨度低高度部分预应力混凝土梁的设计和试验应用工作,受各种条件的限制,有些梁在生产过程中没有达到设计要求,运营过程中出现了一些问题。本文以京九线店子干渠大桥跨度24 m低高度部分预应力混凝土简支箱梁为研究对象,收集了梁体生产、运营过程中的历次试验资料,并开展了梁体状况现场调查和试验测试工作,通过各项参数的对比分析,掌握了梁体的实际受力状态,试验评估结果表明:该桥梁体受力状态已不满足设计规范要求,梁体刚度明显下降,梁部结构出现了进一步劣化趋势,存在安全隐患。Back in the 1980s to the 1990s,China made its start in the work of designing and experimental application of low-height partially-prestressed concrete girder with different spans,which furhter boosted the development of the designing scheme of railway bridge. Due to the restirictions brought by all kinds of reasons,the production of the girder failed to meet the requirement of the design,therefore posed challenges to further management and operation. The paper uses the sumply-supported box girder in the 24 m low-height partially-prestressed concrete bridge across the Dianzi canal on Beijing-Kowloon line as the study subject. The data concerning the girder production and the successive experimental result conducted in the operation were collected,at the same time the research and testing on the girder status were launched. The comparative study on all the parameters available led to a clear grasp on the physical status of the girder and by this means the purpose of the experiments was accomplished. It indicates that the actual force-bearing performance of the girder can yet meet the requirement of the designing standard,as the stiffness of which shows a visible sign of descent,while the structure sustains to deteriorate. Therefore,it poses an underlying safety problem.
