摘　　要：本文针对医疗保险药品目录管理存在的不足分析原因、追根溯源,立足医保经办工作中的具体实际探求解决办法,从沈阳医保实践探索总结出药品管理4S标准,分享应用经验、探讨机制完善,以期实现医疗保险药品执行层面的标准化、规范化管理。This paper analyzed and traced back to the cause of the problems existing in the management of medical insurance drug directory. Based on the experience in health insurance practice,we explore a way to solve the problem. From the experience in Shenyang medical insurance practice, 4S standards for drug management in medical insurance were formulated. Through sharing the experience and exploring a mechanism to improve drug management, we managed to put the standardized and normalized drug management in the executing level into practice.
