摘　　要：基于非线性管理的思想,建立了多人协作排除机床故障和单人独立排除故障的比较模型;模型结果表明:多人协作工作可以节约人力资源,提高排障工作的效率,模型的思想和结论对生产车间人员的配置方式有启发和借鉴意义.Based on nonlinear management thought, comparative model for repairing machine tool fault by the cooperation of multiple troubleshooters or by single troubleshooter is set up respectively, the modeling results show that the cooperation of multiple troubleshooters can save human resources and raise the fault-amending efficiency, and the thought and conclusion of the models are of enlightening significance and reference significance to the personnel deployment methods of production workshops.
