摘  要:目的:探讨军人发生主动与被动攻击行为者D6S1043、D12S391基因座基因型及等位基因频率的分布状况。方法采用PCR结合毛细管电泳的方法对103例军人主动攻击行为者与117例军人被动攻击行为者的D6S1043、D12S391基因座等位基因及基因型进行检测分析。结果两组D6S1043基因座等位基因、基因型频率分布比较差异有显著性( P<0.05或0.01);主动攻击行为组D6S1043基因座等位基因14及基因型14-14的频率均显著低于被动攻击行为组(P<0.05/12或0.05/41)。两组D12S391基因座等位基因及基因型频率比较差异均无显著性( P>0.05)。结论 D6S1043基因座可能与军人攻击行为的发生有关,主动与被动攻击行为的发生具有不同的遗传学基础。Objective To explore the distributions of locus D6S1043 and D12S391 gene frequency in sol- diers with initiative or passive aggressive behaviors. Methods Alleles and genotypes of locus D6S1043 and D12S391 were detected and analyzed with the PCR plus capillary electrophoresis method in 103 soldiers with initiative aggressive behaviors and 117 one with passive. Results There were significant group differ- ences in alleles and the distributions of locus D6S1043 (P〈0. 05 or 0.01) ; the frequencies of allele 14 and genotype 14-14 of locus D6S1043 were significantly lower in initiative than passive behavior group (P〉 0.05/12 or 0.05/41). There were no significant group differences in alleles and genotypes frequency of lo- cus D12S391 (P〉0.05). Conclusion Loci D6S1043 maybe associated with the developments of soldiers' aggressive behaviors, the developments of initiative and passive aggressive behaviors have different genetic basis.
