甘肃省定西市安定区农村留守儿童卫生服务利用状况的调研

摘　　要：目的调查定西市安定区大岔村、花岔村留守儿童生活现状、就医措施及新农合的参合率,并提出改善建议。方法采用问卷调查方式了解定西市安定区大岔村40名和花岔村20名留守儿童的卫生服务利用现状。结果监护人卫生意识淡薄,留守儿童生活困难、就医不够及时,新农合的参合率低于甘肃省平均水平。结论农村留守儿童的生活现状和卫生服务利用应该得到社会和政府的关注,改善留守儿童的生活和健康状况是需要面对的重要社会问题。Objective To investigate living condition, medical treatment and participation rate of new rural co-operative medical system of left-behind children in Dacha and Huacha villages in Anding District in Dingxi City, and puts forward improvement suggestion, Methods The status quo of health services utilization of 40 left-behind children in Dacha village and 20 in Huacha village had been surveyed through questionnaire. Results Hygiene awareness of guardian was weak, left-behind children had difficult lives, seeking medical advice was not timely e- nough and the participation rate of new rural co-operative medical system was below the average level of Gansu Province. Conclusion Society and government should keep an eye on rural left-behind children＇s living conditions and health services utilization, and a significant social problem facing people is how to improve rural left-behind children＇ s subsistence and health.
