摘　　要：研究生辅导员是开展研究生思想政治教育的骨干力量,明确研究生辅导员的角色定位,是确保研究生思想政治教育工作落到实处的有效保证。笔者结合工作实际,对医学院校研究生辅导员的角色定位进行了初步探析。Postgraduates instructors are the main force to carry out ideological and political education for students, who can ensure the effective guarantee of the ideological and political education work into effect. Com- bined with the author＇s practical work, this paper analyzed the role of medical college postgraduate instructors.
