摘 要:以酚醛树脂微球为基体,经1100℃碳化处理、循环往复升温工艺,成功制备出了密度0.65g·cm-3的密堆积结构碳材料,并对这种新型碳材料进行组织结构分析和特性表征。SEM测试结果显示碳微球结合紧密、可重复性高;XRD图谱中26°处出现了明显的衍射峰且半高宽较窄,表明无定形碳相变趋势明显;PL谱测试结果表明在400500nm之间出现了明显的发光峰,该衍射峰伴随热处理温度的升高发生了明显的“蓝移”现象。实验表明:1100℃碳化处理、循环往复升温工艺得到的PL谱,发光峰平滑、乱峰数量少、杂质峰强度低,碳化除杂效果明显。Through processing of 1100℃ carbonization and recycle warming,close packing structure carbon materi- als was successfully prepared with phenolic resin microspheres as the matrix. The material with density of 0. 65g . cm-3 was analyzed by organization structure and properties characterization. Scanning electron microscopy results showed that carbon microspheres combined close and repeatability high. There was a obvious diffraction peak and narrower FWHM in the X-ray diffraction patterns 26°,it indicated that amorphous carbon had a significant phase change trend. Photoluminescenee spec- trum results showed that there was a apparent photoluminescence peak between the 400-500nm, the diffraction peak had the obvious "blue shift" phenomenon following the heat treatment temperature was rise& Experimental results showed that PL spectra have been gotten through processing of 1100℃ carbonization and recycle warming, photoluminescence peak was smooth and had less number of disorderly peak and low strength of impurity peak. The effect of carbonization and removing impurity was obvious.
