摘　　要：中西跨文化交流的困境在于:文化异质性带来的文化立场错位使跨文化交流出现对立;同一概念的不同认知使跨文化交流缺少对话的空间;不平等的文化对话造成强势话语的"独霸天下"。The dilemma of intercultural communication consists of intercultural heterogeneity and cultural dislocation which result in the antagonism in communication. Different cognitions for the same concept in different culture will considerably squeeze the communieational space. And the unequal position in intercultural dialogue can lead to the total domination of hegemonie discourse.
