火焰树化学成分与药理作用研究进展及开发应用前景

摘　　要：火焰树为木兰纲唇形目紫葳科火焰木属植物,广泛分布于热带、亚热带地区。火焰树含有丰富的营养成分和药理成分,具有抗疟、抗菌、抗惊厥、抗炎、镇痛、抗氧化、降血糖等药效作用,在非洲传统医学中被广泛用于治疗精神障碍、疟疾、细菌感染、HIV、血液循环不良等疾病。火焰树不同部位具有的化学成分和药理作用不同,本文对火焰树树皮、叶和花的化学成分和药理作用进行系统阐述,并分析其开发应用前景,以指导火焰树资源的利用。Spathodea campanulata P. Beauv, native to Africa, belongs to the family Bignoniaceae and is widely distributed in tropical and subtropical areas in the world. It contains abundant nutritional and bioactive components, has such pharmacological activities as anti-malarial, antimicrobial, anticonvulsant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, hypoglycemic effects, etc. and are extensively used in African medicine to cure mental disorders, malaria, hemorrhoids, bacterial infections, HIV, poor blood circulation, gastro-intestinal diseases, respiratory ailments, genital-urinary system disorders etc. Different parts of S. campanulata are differ in chemical constituents and bioactivities, and this paper reviewed the chemicals and pharmacological activities of S.carnpanulata barks, leaves and flowers and analyzed their comprehensive utilization value.
