摘　　要："思政课"教师在实现中国梦中的角色定位为:梦想的播种者、精神的凝聚者、力量的激发者、方向的引导者;"思政课"教师的角色实现应做到四点:找准支点——培养正确幸福观,提高学生幸福感;抓住重点——增强认同教育,提高归属感和自觉性;突破难点——各门课分工协作,提高学生的理论水平;打造亮点——创新教学方法,提高教育实效。Research on teachers of political education and their roles in realizing Chinese dream will contribute to teachers' responsibility, political direction, and work efficiency. Their roles should be identified as: sower, manager, inspirer, and director. Those teachers should perform their work at four aspects: cultivate students' right attitude toward happiness; strengthen students' belongingness and self-discipline; enhance students' theoretical construction; improve the quality of education.
