赣文化创业因素阐释与创业精神弘扬

摘　　要：赣文化中蕴含积极的创业因素。传统赣商的持续辉煌,离不开包括创新精神、敬业精神和合作精神在内的所谓企业家精神。当然传统赣商也有自身观念的局限,这也是导致其衰落的重要原因。今天,江西面临新的发展机遇。站在新的起点,赣文化创业精神的弘扬与重塑,需要汲取赣文化优秀文化基因,并不断融入时代文化元素,创新发展观念,在文化氛围营造、创业人才培养、创业教育推进、消费中心城市打造等方面下大力气。Gan （Jiangxi） Culture contains positive entrepreneurial factors, and the so-called entrepreneurship including innovative spirit, professional dedication and team spirit contributes to traditional Gan Businessmen＇s long-lasting achievements. Certainly, traditional Gan （Jiangxi） Businessmen also had their own concept limitationi which was also the important cause of their decline. Facing present new developing opportunities and standing at a new starting point, to carry forward and reshape the entrepreneurial spirit of Gan culture, Jiangxi needs to absorb its cultural essence, constantly integrate itself with contemporary cultural elements and innovate developing concepts. Great effort also need to be made to create cultural atmosphere, train entrepreneurial talents, promote entrepreneurship education, develop cities of consumption center, etc.
