地方特色高校教育国际化发展探索——以英国知山大学为例

摘　　要：高等教育国际化是21世纪世界教育发展趋势之一。英国知山大学近年来积极推动国际化,形成了国际化师资队伍建设、国际化课程体系开发、国际项目合作等多维度的网状管理机制。从而实现了从地方学院到具有一定国际影响的知名大学的跨越式发展和成功转型,为国内同类级别的地方高校国际化发展探索提供了成功的研究个案和启示。The internationalization of higher education is a trend of world education in the 21st century. In recent years, Edge Hill University of the Great Britain actively promotes internationaliza-tion, and has formed a net management system which contains teachers with multi-dimensional in-ternationalized structure, curriculum of internationalized development, and projects of international cooperation. Thereby, it has achieved a leap-forward development and successful transformation from a local college to an internationally known university. It provides a successful study case and en-lightenment to the internationalized development of the same local colleges in China.
