摘　　要：跨文化护理能力是涉外护理工作中必须具备的基本素养。目前高职院校多元文化课程教学中存在明显不足,应采取改革教学内容、加强临床实践、强化教师专业整体教学意识、搭建知识平台等手段来全面提高涉外护理专业学生的跨文化护理能力,以应对全球化发展趋势的需要。The ability of transcultural nursing is the basic quality to finish international nursing work. This paper analyzed the shortage of the multicuhural curriculum teaching in vocational colleges, we should reform teaching content, enhance clinical practice, strengthen the overall teaching teachers ＂professional awareness, build a knowledge platform and other means to improve students~ intercultural nursing care capacity, so as to respond to the needs of globalization trends.
