摘　　要：城乡教育一体化既是对城乡一体化内涵的丰富与发展,也是对城乡教育统筹与均衡发展目标的完善与超越。它要求乡村学校文化具有一体的建设思路、渐进的发展模式、本土化的文化服务和超前的价值引领,但这与当前二元教育机制和跨越式变化等产生的问题存在冲突。为此,需要通过构建文化共同体、建立稳健的转型机制、开展改革实验等途径来进行有效调适。The integration of urban and rural education not only could enrich and further promote the integration of urban and rural area, but also perfect the aim of educational harmonious development and balanced development. New demands were put forward to the culture of rural school, such as the integrate construction ideas, progressive approach, localized service, and advanced value guidance. There are some conflicts and problems existing among the binary education mechanism and leaping changes. Some effective measures will be adopted through the construction of cultural community, the establishment of transition mechanism, and the promotion of the reform and experiment.
