摘　　要：在高职教育发展问题上,大多院校采取全盘化"拿来"、标准化"推行"的借鉴方式,弱化了教育的文化和传统。受其所囿,高职院校在专业建设过程中,悬置传统教育的人文色彩,淡化文化底色,忽视社会、行业、企业、职业等对专业的需求,本本主义、功利主义和经验主义现象严重,导致"文化休克"和"文化失语"等现象,专业成了"失魂的专业"。本文尝试从专业自身的角度阐述高职教育专业为什么需要文化;从育人以及教育与社会关系的角度回答高职教育专业需要什么特色的文化,进而分析高职教育专业文化从校内到校外空间扩展的深远意义。In the process of developing higher vocational education, the traditional humanism, culture and the requirements of society, enterprises and occupation are ignored, while book worship, utilitarianism and empiricism are pervasive, which causes culture shock, culture fossilization and meaningless majors. The paper aims at analyzing the importance of culture, what kind of culture is essential for majors from the perspective of education and the relationship between education and society and further the significance of major culture inside and outside schools.
