摘　　要：从生态翻译学的视角切入,从交际生态和文化生态角度分析"小青龙汤"和"白虎汤"等文化类方剂名英译,提出翻译时在保证简洁性的同时不应忽视信息性的原则,用直译(音译)+方剂功效+注释的翻译公式来完整表述方剂名所蕴含的文化意象。This article discusses the translation of the culture - specific TCM prescriptions from the eco - translatological perspective and argues that the translation of the culture - specific prescriptions should follow the principles of simplicity and in- formedness and the ＂literal translation ＋ the effect of the prescription ＋ further explanation＂ method can be adopted to express the cultural connotation included in the names of TCM prescriptions.
