摘 要:目的了解某校非预防医学专业《医学统计学》课程的教学现况和教学满意度,发现教学过程中的薄弱环节及存在的主要问题,并提出相关建议。方法采用无记名问卷的方式对该校2011年春季学期255名临床、药学、生物技术专业本科生进行了调查。结果大部分学生对理论授课的满意程度较高,不满意率为8.98%,而22.22%的学生对软件实习情况不满意。Logistic回归分析表明,学习兴趣及信心、授课进度、教师授课注重学科交叉程度、与教师的交流充分程度等因素是与满意度有关联的因素。结论针对不同专业背景,采取合理的教学模式,并合理安排教学内容,强化统计思维的培养,以提高《医学统计学》的教学效果。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the current situation and teaching satisfaction of Medical Statistics in the non-preventive medicine major undergraduates, find weak links and the existing problems in the process of teaching, and then put forward related suggestions. METHODS 255 students from 3 majors were surveyed by the self-designed questionnaire. RESULTS The results showed that most of the students were satisfied with the teaching (8.98% students were not satisfied, 22.2% stu- dents were not satisfied for software), associated factors included students' learning interest, confidence, teaching schedule, the degree that the teaching contents met the professional needs and the degree of communication with teacher. CONCLU- SION Based on the characteristics of different medical students, take reasonable teaching mode, and reasonable arrangement the teaching content, strengthen the cultivation of statistical thinking, in order to improve the teaching effect of medical statistics.
