摘　　要：基于人力资源开发的相关理论,运用问卷调查和实地访谈的方法分析农村新生代留守妇女的显著特点及其培训需求内容,借助层次分析法构建新生代农村留守妇女的教育培训课程体系,结果发现,农村新生代留守妇女的教育培训重点需放在谋生技能、子女教育、家庭关系、农业技术和人身安全五个方面。同时,亦应兼顾政治权益等其他方面的培训,如此方能提高新生代留守妇女的综合素质,增加其人力资本存量,提高其幸福指数。Based on the theory of human resource development, this paper summarizes some characteristics and training needs of the new generation women staying in rural areas through the investigation and analysis, then building the train- ing course system for them using the AHP method, and the results show that the education and training should focus on five aspects just as making a living skills, children education, family relationship, agricultural technology, and personal safety; simultaneously taking into account other aspects such as political rights. By doing so, it can improve their overall quality, increase their stock of human capital and improving their well-being index.
