摘  要:通过自编问卷和访谈对中部六省中小学教师职业情感状况进行调查,结果显示,在中部六省中小学教师中,有60%以上教师具有积极的职业认同感和职业敬业感。在职业荣誉感方面,只有不到40%的教师具有积极的情感体验。整体上看,30岁以下教师因其从业的内部动力较强,具有最积极的职业情感,而31岁到44岁组的教师职业情感最为消极。由于中高级职称名额有限,教师福利待遇因职称不同所表现出的明显分层,对教师职业情感有一定的消极影响。Abstract: This paper has investigated into teachers' professional affects in primary and secondary schools in six provinces in central China through self-designed questionnaire and interview. The results show that for all the teaches in these regions, more than 60% of them have positive professional identification and a respect for their professions. In terms of sense of professional grace, fewer than 40% of them have positive emotional experience. On the whole, theachers under the age of 30 have the most positive professional affects due to their strong internal motives to engage in the profession while teachers between the age of 31 and 44 have the most negative professional affects. Due to the limited share of intermediate and advanced professional titles, teachers' wellfare has exhibited great disparity, which will have some negative influence on teachers' professional affects.
